SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, including Priority orders.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


U.S. Shipping Transit Time

Standard U.S. Shipping: 6–10 business days

Most customers receive their order within 7–10 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or peak shipping seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (and SMS if selected at checkout).

You can also check your order status at any time using our tracking page:

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to begin updating.
During busy periods, tracking activation may take up to 72 hours depending on carrier scan times.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

ThermaCase covers all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees.

You will never be charged additional fees upon delivery.
