RETURN, REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY
At ThermaCase, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and protect both you and our business.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Replacements & Exchanges (30 Days)
If your ThermaCase arrives damaged, defective, or not working, we’ll send a free replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Most defective items do not need to be returned

Complimentary replacements are limited to one per order
Returns & Refunds (30-Day Return Window)
If you’re not satisfied with your ThermaCase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, even if it has been used, as long as the product is fully functional.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must:

Be fully functional

Not be damaged, broken, or unsafe

Include all included accessories (if applicable)
All returned items are tested and inspected upon arrival.
Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms the product meets the return requirements.
Restocking Fee (Non-Defective Returns)
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns, including:

Changed-mind or preference returns

Used but functional products
-
Late delivery returns
-
Items with light wear or missing minor packaging

Unwanted orders after delivery
This fee covers inspection, testing, cleaning, and repackaging costs.
The restocking fee does not apply to:

Damaged items

Incorrect items received
Late Delivery Refunds
If your order arrives later than expected, you may request a refund after returning the product.
Conditions:

The item must be returned first

The product must be fully functional

A 15% restocking fee applies

Refunds are issued only after inspection
Refunds are not issued for late deliveries without a returned product.
Return Shipping Costs
ThermaCase covers return shipping only for:

Defective items

Damaged items
-
Incorrect items received
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If the carrier marks an order as Delivered, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
Refunds are not issued for:

Packages marked delivered but claimed missing

Carrier delivery errors after delivery confirmation
-
Delivery timing complaints without a returned product
Missing or misdelivered packages must be handled directly with the carrier.
Used Product Returns
We accept used returns provided:

The product is fully functional

The item passes inspection

The product is not damaged or unsafe
Returns that are damaged or non-functional may receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on condition.
Warranty Coverage (6 Months)
ThermaCase products include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Liquid damage

Burns, cracks, or physical impact

Improper use or misuse

Normal wear and tear
Photo or video proof may be required for warranty claims.
